Yoga is a union of mind, body and spirit & this session is available as one to one or you can join my weekly groups (also available to join us via zoom if you can’t get to the venue).
This sessions is for all ages and abilities even if you have never tried Yoga before!
You will experience a sequence of Yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand gestures creating an energy 'seal') and mantras (affirmations & 'seed' sounds), each session is designed to work with you on an physical, mental & energetic level, moving through resistance in body & mind enabling you to harness your inner power & confidence.
Fridays at 10am ~
